Day 1: Marrakech - Ouarzazate

08:30 am: Depart from Marrakech and cross the Tichka Pass in the High Atlas Mountains. Take the off-road route towards Telouet, passing through Berber villages. In the afternoon, visit the famous Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Overnight in Ouarzazate, a charming desert town and the "capital" of southern
Morocco.

Drive into the deep desert to the Chigaga Camp, located in the heart of the big dunes known as the "Ocean of Sand". Enjoy a camel ride in the dunes.

Overnight stay in traditional Berber tents or under the stars.

Drive through the desert to M’Hamid, the last village at the entrance of the
desert. Pass through typical Berber villages to Zagora, a beautiful small town at the entrance of the desert.

Visit the town and the oasis, and enjoy a camel ride.

Overnight stay in a traditional Riad.

Drive through the stunning palm grove of the Draa Valley, famous for its
numerous traditional Kasbahs (fortresses). Visit the Ait Ourire Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Cross the Tichka Pass in the High Atlas Mountains and arrive in Marrakech in the evening.
