Tour Plan

Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech

Upon arrival at Marrakech airport, you will be transferred to a charming riad, where you will be installed. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Marrakech.

After breakfast at the riad, embark on a journey to discover the city of Marrakech, nicknamed the “Red City of Morocco”. Visit the most iconic historical and cultural sites, including the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, and the Ben Youssef Koranic School. Stroll through the streets of the medina, where you can admire local artisans at work, before arriving at the famous Jemaa El Fna Square. In the afternoon, visit the Majorelle Gardens, where you can admire the magicians and storytellers. Overnight at Riad La Rose D’Orient.

Cross the Tichka Pass (High Atlas) in a 4×4 and discover the famous Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Pass through Ouarzazate, the “capital” of southern Morocco, and continue your journey through the Draa Valley, famous for its traditional kasbahs. Arrival in Zagora, a charming small town at the gateway to the desert. Overnight at the authentic Tizi bivouac, where you can enjoy an animated evening with Berber music around the fire.

Drive through the desert to Zagora, and after lunch, relax and spend the night at the Riad in the palm grove. Visit the Jewish Kasbah and enjoy a panoramic view of Zagora and the desert from the top of a mountain. Return to the riad to swim and have tea.

After breakfast, return to Marrakech via Ouarzazate, a site highly appreciated by filmmakers from around the world. Visit the Ouarzazate film studio, where many films have been shot, including “Lawrence of Arabia” in 1962. Overnight at Riad La Rose D’Orient.

Embark on a one-day excursion to the 3 valleys of the Atlas, at the gates of Marrakech. Discover fascinating landscapes and breathtaking views. First stop near Lake Lalla Takerkoust, used to store water from the snowmelt on the Atlas peaks. Continue driving higher into the Atlas Mountains and arrive at the Kik Plateau, where you can meet the Berbers and have a mint tea. Visit one of the weekly Berber markets, where inhabitants of different villages meet to exchange and chat.

Relax in Marrakech and transfer to the airport for your departure.
