• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed when Jodya Travel (JT) or an authorized agent sends you a written confirmation after receiving the required deposit. This will include your tour details, such as dates, accommodation, and total cost.
• Booking on Behalf of Others: If booking for others, you are the primary contact and responsible for making payments and communicating any changes or cancellations.
• Minimum Age Requirement: The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

• Cancellation Fees:
  • 40+ days prior: Loss of deposit (20% of total tour cost or 250 Euros per person, whichever is greater).
  • 30–15 days prior: 55% of total tour cost.
  • 15–7 days prior: 70% of total tour cost.
  • 7 days or less: 100% of total tour cost.

Note: Specific products may require full payment at booking. Additional services will incur separate charges.

Payment Methods

We offer a variety of secure payment options to ensure a seamless booking experience:

• Bank Transfer: Payments can be made in advance via bank transfer in Euros, USD, GBP, or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
• Cash Payments: Accepted in Euros, USD, GBP (Pound Sterling), or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) upon arrival.
• Credit Card Payments: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Card payments can be processed in Euros, GBP, or Moroccan Dirhams upon arrival.
• Online Payments via Stripe: Enjoy secure and convenient online payments with Stripe, supporting transactions in multiple currencies.

Guaranteed Departures

• Jodya Travel  guarantees all scheduled departures, with reasonable itinerary changes as necessary. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure). In such cases, we will offer:
  • Equivalent or superior tour at no extra charge.
  • Lesser value tour with price difference refunded.
  • Full refund if the tour is canceled by JT (excluding force majeure).

Flexible Travel Policy

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries due to unforeseen events such as:

• Route changes
• Schedule adjustments
• Accommodation substitutions
• Transportation modifications

No reimbursements are provided for missed or unused services after departure due to circumstances beyond our control.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: Available at any time.
• Check-out: Midday.
• Early or late check-ins may be available upon request.

Accommodation

• Room Allocation: Based on your selected accommodation type. Special requests will be considered but not guaranteed.
• Additional Guests: May incur extra charges and are subject to availability.

Damage & Liability

You will be liable for any damage caused to the accommodation or its contents during your stay. Payment for any damages is required before departure.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political events, or civil unrest.

Changes to Your Itinerary

• Changes by JT: If we make a material change to your itinerary, you will be informed with options to:
  • Accept the change.
  • Choose a product/service of equivalent or higher value.
  • Cancel and receive a full refund (for land-only portion).
• Changes to Your Booking: Any booking changes require approval, may incur extra costs, and must be made at least 10 days before departure.
• Itinerary Changes After Departure: Changes may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, operational concerns, or safety reasons.

Financial Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient funds for any incidental expenses or changes to your itinerary. JT is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances.

Additional Cancellation Fees

Additional cancellation fees may apply to reservations for activities and accommodations. These will be communicated and may be recovered from you.
